Forced on to mobile site on desktop
Hello.
I am using this link: https://www.fastmail.com/?domain=fastmail.fm to log into Fastmail, sometimes I tick Classic if I don't need the Calendar, but when I need it untick classic (Why Mr. Fastmail Are we forced to use the new inferace if we use the Calendar? I really do not like it!!) Anyway, when I login and untick the classic interface I am always redirected to the mobile site? (And I cannot find the "switch to full site" button on the new interface either! Is there such a button?) All I want to do is just login into the full site, either classic when I want, or the new site when as I said, want to use calendar. I have cleared browser (FF 39 for Ubuntu 14.04) cache, and still same. Yesterday it was working fine.... Thanks. |

G'day Terry.
Tried your suggested link. Still same. Redirected to that damn Mobile interface. Support ticket time! Cheers & thank-you. ~L. |

As stated, deleting the cookies would likely resolve the issue. This is not the same as clearing the browser cache (though that is also a good idea).

The only thing was when I deleted all the cookies, not just fastmail AND deleted all histroy AND ran Bleachbit it was OK. Previously, I was only clearing the "Fastmail" and Fastmailusercontent" cookies. Thanks for your help. |
