Mail retrieval from POP3 external accounts not working

It hasn't been working since about 3:30 US eastern time...for about 3 hours

Please let me know when Mail retrieval from POP3 external accounts will work again

I have to click on the "Retrieve POP" button on the webmail screen to get external accounts mail...The mail is not retrieved automatically every 10 minutes like before.
