attachments with special chars in name not accessible in webmail?
Hi there,
I received a mail with an attachment whose name contains some special chars (i.e., non-ASCII but common in European alphabets) and cannot access it through webmail. The message list shows 45k message size, but when I open the mail, the attachement is shown but with size 0. Trying to download it gives me the error that it cannot be found in the attachment folder. Forwarding doesn't work either. Any clues as to how to resolve that issue? Cheers, gecko |

Sorry for the belated reply -- have you tried saving it to your Files area?

Hello Geir,
I tried saving the attachment to the files area but that didn't work either. Any attempt of accessing the file had been futile. Regards, gecko |
