What on earth is a Blink? Me comprende nada

By poor accident I hit upon somethin totally new t ome.

Blink!

What is it. I read and read and fail to get it. My english is too homegrown here to grasp it. Wow I feel stupid not getting it.

because it is a cross, between a Blog and a Wiki.
