{My Files} now has thumbnails

My root files folder {My Files} now has thumbnails in it as well as text boxes for title, comments and sort order. My subfolders do not have these items and I don't want them. Did I click on something accidentally? How do I fix my root folder to get rid of the thumbnails and extra textboxes?

I think at some stage you used More actions -> (View) Photos.

To reverse this, use More actions -> (View) Files
