Thanks for that info since I don't "do" twitter.
So what's the test all about? To see if you are qualified to evaluate and send feedback? Anybody volunteer for this and knows what's in the "test"? |

It would be interesting to read here what questions were posed, etc.
And also to hear from those who got upset with FastMail's last attempt at getting feedback. |

It does seem that you will be getting the views mainly of people who also use Twitter, which might skew things I think.

Perhaps after getting stung last time, FastMail have resorted to using the social media to reach out to their customers.
They may have also posted elsewhere in the social media world. |

I do communications for a nonprofit, and at least in our world you reach different people using different technologies. There is overlap, but there are distinct "camps" you can only hit with certain technologies. For example, younger professionals are 100% email, while retirees are bigger on Facebook and we must also use snail mail. Twitter tends to hit the most techy and the media types. I polled my office the other day and I am the only one who uses Twitter, yet everyone uses Facebook which I rarely do.
