Outlook.com page not displayed

The outlook.com page is not displaying properly after signing in. This happens in IE and firefox and started 10 minutes ago.

I see no problems (many hours later than your post) and can log into my Outlook.com account. This site reports no problems in the past 24 hours. It appears this might be a connectivity issue with your ISP to the Microsoft server.

A quick and easy fix sometimes is to clear your browser history and cache and try going back to the login page as sometimes things get held up when it's trying to load something possibly using cached local files can cause a problem.
