"Uncancel" account?
Hey, 2 days ago I decided to cancel my fastmail account, but now I've changed my mind. When I try to add funds (via paypal) to my account to pay for the yearly fee it says I can't because it is in the process of cancelling. I've already emailed them, but I want to see if there's quicker option.
Also, how long does it take them to respond to a support ticket? Thanks, Kevin |

This is not a common situation, and I think you will need to wait for support to sort it out for you. Prompt response to support requests is not an FM strength. If you are unlucky, it might take several days.
