Same here, since 9:15 EDT US. I submitted 2 tickets. All browsers, VPN or no VPN. It started with quick cancellation of sessions, then became so I couldn't login at all. However, for me it is only the web-based mail that I can't use. I can use Thunderbird and and an android app just fine.

Thank you digger5150! You are a life saver. I can get the email on my iPad. I have also sent several supports emails and tried chat and no response. For now, I will use my iPad my mail.

The problem was resolved at 5:22 AM CET when we restarted the web services.
And yes, only the Runbox Webmail are affected, so IMAP services (including Roundcube, which uses IMAP) and POP services worked normally throughout. We are investigating the problem while working to install more web servers (which might be related). - Geir |

It happened a couple of times to me in just the last few hours. I can use it for a short while and then suddenly I'm kicked out and asked to sign in again.
