Unfortunately Fastmail don't come on here very much anymore so you may not get a reply....I would try Facebook or Twitter.

You can file a support ticket without a Fastmail account. See this on the Support Form:

But the sales email address posted earlier (and shown at the bottom of the Pricing page, reached at the top of the Fastmail.com page) seems to be the best way to reach them for volume sales questions.
