I am having difficulty printing emails received on new Standard format which is to replace HTML version in February 2024.

When I print an email page(portrait) it only prints the let hand side of the email, cutting off the right hand side. I tried printing it horizontally, but it cuts off the bottom of the email.

I use the Web version of Gmail and I am seeing an HTML view. When you select an email and then the little printer icon in the upper right-hand corner of the email you should be getting a Print dialog box with various settings. Make sure you select the correct paper size to match the paper in your printer.

Yes, but as far as I know they are not introducing a "new Standard format." I am seeing the same HTML view I have seen for decades. It is the basic HTML view that is going away. The remaining view is the one most people have been using for a long time. In any case, I have no problem printing using the normal view as long as I make sure the settings are correct in the print dialog box that pops up when I choose to print.

I think its aweful they are getting rid of basic JUST BECAUSE VERY FEW USE IT!!!
