Thanks, I had also picked that up and sent an email. I know the owners and have let them know there is a problem.

No, mail.bushbabyglen.com thinks it's being used for submission and wants the client to provide a password or equivalent.

Per FastMail support... "It seems the error message is misleading. It appears to be either a configuration issue at their end or they are likely bouncing emails from our servers. We will need to contact them by sending an email from an alternate server as all emails from our servers are being rejected"

I have independently contacted the owner of the bushbabyglen domain and it is being looked into.

What do I need to do to fix this?

This is not relevant, the problem occurs when FM tries to deliver to the remote server.

It turns out that the owner of the site had ditched the bushbabyglen.com domain and switched to a GMail contact address but had overlooked the fact that the old address was still advertised on the web site. I believe the issue has now been fixed. Case closed.
