G Suite on Android phone?

Does anyone use their G Suite account as the only Gmail account on their Android phone? I know in the past that some complained of loss of certain Android functionality and features when doing this, but I wonder what the current situation is? One thing I imagine is you would lose any Play Store purchases made with a consumer Gmail account.
