Error 500 - Internal Server Error

I'm currently receiving "500 Internal Server Error" following any attempt to open any emails within webmail and have been for the last 10 minutes or so. Any suggestions?

Our tech support is looking into the issue. There is a problem that seems to be effecting access to one of our backend servers. This will only effect accounts located on that server. Unfortunately yours and mine are located there.
