I'm speculating here, but maybe Fastmail are deprecating this feature.
I do not use the feature, so it's not available for me.
You (DumbGuy) do use it, so it's still available for you, otherwise you would not be able to turn it off.
Or it's a bug.

Anyway, here's what I see: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xj...0nnmbKslsPgFRJ

Edited to add: the spam score still appears (automatically) in the subject of emails in the Spam folder. I see no change there.

Try Protection Level = Custom. That's where my option appears.

Custom protection level: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1r1...fyavkFm71nLGlT

And after playing with the settings, closing the web page and returning after a few minutes: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1EA...P857ZbAdJj4tbH

In each case the sieve code is consistent with the settings screen.

Interesting. The option is just missing altogether, as you said.

I've never used Sieve. If you're using it, is it possible it overrides these spam settings in some way?

For what it's worth, I do use Sieve, and the option is still there on the menu for me.

I see it too. I actually use that option to show the spam score in the title. I would hate for it to be removed. FWIW I have stuff added to the sieve script as well although I am not sure why that would have anything to do with this.

Don't panic! I was speculating. I have no evidence that this feature is being withdrawn. Given that nobody else has this issue, my thoughts appear to be wrong.

These watermark and button appeared on one of my drafts today. I don't know if it's part of the changes, but I don't like it. I use drafts as an improved version of Notes, and I don't want to have to ask for permission (click a button) to be able to edit them. I also don't like the watermark, as it's not really a draft, but a note. Is there a way to disable this behavior?

I don't see that. I sure hope that's a "draft" of an experiment just to see how it would look and they don't actually end up doing that. That's ugly, distracting, and you already know it's a draft because that's the "mailbox" came from. I hope they know when to leave well enough alone.

Same for me... some drafts have the stamp and the button and some don't.
I've not experimented to see if there's a pattern.
Personally I like it, though.
The 'stamp' metaphor is clear and intuitive, and it doesn't use up any screenspace.

I wish they would put the settings and the calendar button in the top task bar.

Before these changes, when I was working with the files of my website, I only had to click on "index.html" and "Download" and the file was downloaded. Now, if I do the same, Fastmail tries to show the content in the browser window and not well.

Unfortunately, the misleading title of the thread is continuing to confuse.

I checked edu's report on my laptop, and found when clicking on the download link for a index.html file it gave me the option of opening the zip file or saving locally.

Then I thought: Maybe edu is reporting what's happening on a mobile device.

As I said before...

No. I've tried with 4 browsers (Firefox, Waterfox, Palemoon, Brave) and the result is the same, using javascript and from the desktop in my GNU/Linux. It never happened before, so...
Maybe not all the users have the same changes, who knows.
