Question on Protonmail
I have a very old protonmail, when logining, it requires two password, one for user authn, another for mailbox protection.
But today I registered a new protonmail, during the login it requires only password for user authn, no password for mailbox protection. Do you know why this happens? Thanks. |

They changed it a while back. More than 6 months, but less than a year? Check their blog for more info. Accounts that required a login pass and a mailbox pass can change to the 'only pass required now' thing, and new accounts probably use that one pass thing only.
