Using GMail on Multiple Computers
When traveling, I use my laptop, but there are months when I don't use it. Despite the fact that I delete inbox, spam and trash boxes on my Desktop at home, the emails pile up on my laptop until I reach my limit. Is there any way to delete read emails on all computers at once?

Yes, we need more information to give the best answers. However, one solution (without knowing your setup) is to always use Gmail webmail (i.e. a browser - not a local client like Outlook) regardless of which computer you are using.

Or, use IMAP, and set your client to only synchronize the inbox and only download headers.

tallsweet, what do you mean by "the emails pile up on my laptop until I reach my limit".
What limit are you talking about? ... endurance, maybe? ... Oh, btw, welcome to EMD. |
