Something like Gmail notifier?

Hello-

New here from Gmail. So far, I like what I see.

GMail has a small program you can install that notifies you, via a sound and an icon in the tray, that you have a new e-mail. I think it checks every 2 minutes or so. Is there such a thing for Fastmail? I've searched and can't find it, but maybe I'm not using the correct search words...

The Fastcheck program at that site is free and notifies you instantly using the IMAP IDLE feature.
The beta AJAX interface at http://beta.fastmail.fm instantly shows new messages.
