Where is the Billing & Plan screen?
Anyone managed to find the Billing & Plan referred to here https://www.fastmail.fm/help/account/updown.html from the UI menus?

Not at the moment as the complete set of Advanced options is currently unavailable at the moment (it appears as if backend changes are being made as we type)....

That link works for me when I'm logged into my account and look in Help. You can also find it directly by clicking the large menu button in the upper left and clicking "Billing & Plan". That screen has been there for a while.

That's the Classic interface. What I described is in the normal interface.

In case the path from the Classic interface wasn't clear:
Help > Account, Plan, Billing & Security > Upgrade/downgrade for the Billing & Plan renewal popup. The Pricing Table is also linked from there, or found directly at: Help > The Fastmail Service > Pricing Also: Help > Account, Plan, Billing & Security > What are the limits for Account Limits (alias/sending/upload/etc quotas). That is completely clear. That's the path through the Help that I already used.
What's not clear is how the user is supposed to reach this dialog through the regular menus e.g. Account as one would expect. And BTW, using that path changes my Classic interface to the new one. Most unwelcome. |

My post was for the benefit of other users not discerning a clear answer to the question you posed in post #1, and those who like myself have missed the detail of the old Pricing Table.

The Classic UI equivalent screen is Account > Upgrade/Downgrade. I likewise prefer to remain within the Classic interface. Sorry if my post annoyed :/ |

And disturbingly, it asks for my login credentials despite that I am already logged in. Quote:
I think what we're seeing here is that Classic Help is no longer compatible with the Classic UI. Not at all! Thanks for contributing. |
