Runbox vs Fastmail Support?
I am thinking of paying for one of them. I know the feature comparison and both are good enough for my needs. I know when I checked fastmail few months/a year ago, they lagged behind runbox when it came to support. So my personal perception is, runbox has an edge when it comes to support but fastmail has an edge when it comes to UI/speed.
Would like to know if fastmail support has improved over the year |

I have found fastmail support reasonably good. Also if you know how, you can email rob and the others directly ...

I can't vouch for Fastmail's support but I do know that Runbox's continues to be superb. I've had a Runbox account for nine years in February and one of the reasons I continue to use them is their personable but professional support.
Good luck with your decision! - Henry |

Well speaking from experience, FM service is good their support is sub par. While I still use them for a secondary service the times I have attempted contacting their support it takes on average 3 days for them to respond. That and it is not very useful
I had Runbox in the past for a couple of years, their support response and attention is good, much better than FM. For the record I left Runbox a couple of years back because they could not get their act together on providing reliable secure IMAP. But their support is very good and responsive, much better than FM. Also I do not count forum support from customers as support, support is when you contact the company's "official" support department, not posting in user forums. |
