Combining/consolidating FM accounts

I have two ad free accounts and two guest accounts and I am trying to combine them to make them more manageable.

I will probably have to move up to a full or enhanced account in order to do this but in the mean time I tried to combine one of my guest accounts into one of my ad free accounts using the consolidate feature and I get an error message saying that the accounts are on two different servers and that I needed to contact the web master.

I also tried to consolidate one guest account into the other guest account but got the same message.

Is there a way for me to combine some of my accounts before I decide to upgrade to a full or enhanced account?

Thanks guys.

Oops! Sorry about the spelling error in the thread title. Should be consolidating not consilidating.

Fixed spelling.
I suggest you contact FM support, they'll guide you in accomplishing the consolidation.

Thank you.

I thought this forum was where they handled most of their support issues. The one time I emailed support I never heard back from them. I assumed that this forum was the place to go for help.
I will try as you suggested.
Thanks again, and thanks for correcting my spelling error.

Indeed, this is the FM help forum, but when you have a very specific issue which has to do with your own settings, it's better to turn to FM tech support.

You can alternatively, find Rob Mueller on the forum member list and send him a private message.

Sorry you got confused about the difference between forums and technical support. Others have posted similar confusion.
