SpamCop vs SpamAssassin

Which in your opinion is better and why?

I do not see these as being directly comparable. SpamAssassin is purely a mail filter. SpamCop is an organization for spam reporting that does a bunch of other stuff as well, so I did not vote. --david

Most Emails I use use Spam Assassin, I have never used Spam Cop.

Both could be used at the same time. I didn't see them as direct competitiors...

Anyone ever knows if spamcop's action are taken seriously?

I've still haven't worked out why I could not use Spam Cop, did everything I could think of including some tips from this site's members. My reported emails just kept coming back, so I've finished using Spam Cop.

What I do now is just write my own rules. I may give Mail Washer a try though, which is similar to Mail Assassin.

Sorry can't vote on this one.

Perhaps it might have been better to compare Mail Washer and Mail Assassin.
