gmail intelligent forwarding
Hi, I'm looking for a way to forward to the right person emails coming to a common gmail address. The mechanism should be based on weights, i.e. I assign to the words 'gas' a weight 10, to 'invoice' 13, and so on, so that depending on how many times I find these words in an email, I can guess the likelihood that John (in the accounting office) will be the guy to work it, instead of James (back office), thus I forward that email to the right person.
Any idea will be very appreciated! Cheers |
