CalDav Sync and Online Support
My (external) calendar doesn't sync anymore.
I tried raising a support ticket, but the online form is demanding that I verify that I'm a human without providing any means of doing so! (I'm using the current Firefox browser on Windows 7.) So, I'm stuck with a calendar that doesn't sync and no way of reporting the problem. Any suggestions? |

Is there no check box next to the "Verify" prompt?
Those check boxes throw me every time. I'm looking for an equation to solve or a strange-looking word to type in, but all I have to do is check the box. |

Fixed now
Well, thanks for the help.
As it happens I went back to submit the support ticket (again using Firefox, but this time in a 'private window' and the Captcha worked. It now appears on the actual form submission page. I didn't get to see the check box you refer to, as the submission was successful. Then I tried something that hadn't been obvious (to me) and I think I've fixed the problem, so I've cancelled the support request. In case anybody else has the same problem, it was simply a case that the Calendar I was syncing had many calendar items with 'Category' tags, and the Fastmail Calendar seems to treat these as separate calendars. As I had not 'Add'ed them, ie selected them for syncing, they were not being displayed. They were appearing in a list under the main/parent Calendar, but I hadn't realised that they need to be selected (by clicking the 'Add' button next to them). |
