Sieve Forwarding

I am simply wondering if there is a way to set up Sieve so that it forwards mail based on rules. IE if someone sends a message to my account using the address forward@bsiegel.fastmail.fm then Sieve forwards it to my secondary e-mail address. Or perhaps if I drop a message into the "Forward" folder, it forwards it to my secondary e-mail address. Or perhaps Sieve is not the thing to do this? Please respond either way.

Yes, sieve can be used to do just that.
But actually, the 'define rules' page is good enough for that: you don't need a custom sieve script.
Scroll to the bottom, select 'Look in': 'To/CC', enter your email address, and then the email address you want to forward to...
