Unhappy How can I sync my FM address book with Funambol?

Hello,

Did someone find a way to sync the FM addressbook with Funambol?
I automatically sync my Nokia E71 with Funambol, that also allows me to sync my email client too. The only pitfall right now is my FM addressbook that I cannot manage to sync with Funambol :/

Does anyone have a solution/hinter to share?

Thanks in advance.

Not unless Fastmail decides to unstall funambol server.

I personally would love for them to do so. Funambol is much more mature now than it once was.

Yes, funambol support would be great, but fastmail wouldn't need to setup their own funambol server - they just need to support SyncML for their address book.

These days, sync'ing address books across e-mail client, webmail, and smartphone is a real challenge. SyncML support from fastmail would be a great help.

Way to keep this thread alive! One of these years something will happen with address syncing. Hopefully I won't be "CL the Gray" by that time. Sync requests have been along a long time...

Sending another personal message to Rob M wouldnt hurt either...

The request for SyncML support is long outstanding, for instance see this 4 year old thread.

I believe that FM have indicated that it is on the "to do list" - in which case could Rob please indicate the likely time scale within which it wil be available?
