Help with Tuffmail password change

I know I did it many times before, but all of a sudden I feel lost... I guess I forgot how to change my email password with Tuffmail.com. Can someone help?
Thanks

Sign in to the management interface https://manage.tuffmail.net/

On the left side is "Account", below that is "Manager Password".
That changes your email password. Hope that helps.

I did that and somehow it doesn't change it... I tried with the Domain and also with my Tuffmail handle, with no success.

Hmm, I changed mine about two months ago using those steps and was successful. I wonder if Derek has made a recent change ?

It makes one wonder what is going on. Main page unreachable for at least a day. No explanation on the status page.

Reviving a dead thread...in light of the Ebay data breach, I went to change my password for Tuffmail since it's the same (I know, I know) and it doesn't work? I e-mailed support, but can anyone else change their Tuffmail password?

I think I will start using Keepass so can I start using unique passwords for all my sites
