How to identify email patterns of a domain?

I would like to know how to identify the email patterns of a domain. While surfing, have gone through many piece of contents about email patterns but nothing made me clear yet.

Does a company / domain follows any email patterns internally? Is there any policies that company need to follow?

I had found this website https://www.egrabber.com/emailprospector/ online, when i am trying to find someone email addresses, it was suggesting me with some patterns. Is it really helpful for guess someone's email address.

Please anyone advice me, how this email patterns are defining.

This sounds unusually like someone wanting to spam a domain..
