I just activated my first smartphone (a LG K4) and am trying to figure out how to get to my fastmail account on the phone. I downloaded the fastmail mobile app and tried to Log in, but it said that I had and incorrect user name or password. I tried several times, but always received the same response. I am sure that the password that I entered was correct as was my user name (my fastmail address).Can anyone help me with step by step procedures?

You need to read this help page:

If you have a paid account (not a Guest or Member account. which are still good for the next 6 months or so) and you don't have two factor authentication active on your account, all you will need is your full email address (including domain) and master password. A common error is using the wrong domain (such as fastmail.fm in place of fastmail.com or the reverse).

If you have set up two factor authentication for your account, you will have to use a second factor (such as the Google Authenticator) and enter the TOTP code in the Fastmail Android app TOTP field quickly after it is shown in the authenticator app.
