Vacation messages customized by personality

I want different automatic notifications for different personalities. Right now, the interface generates same vacation message for all personalities.

q1: What does days 3 mean? Does that mean the vacation message will expire after 3 days?

q2: I want vacation message to go out to all. I used the sieve script generated by the interface and removed the lists@blueocean.fastmail.fm alias, as well as greg@faintecho.sent.com as I do not want to vacation reply to mailing lists using these two addresses. .

Sometimes the sieve script behaved as expected-sometimes it did not send me a vacation reply at all.

So what is wrong?

Here is my sieve script generated by interface :

require ["fileinto", "reject", "vacation", "regex"];

vacation :days 3 :addresses ["technologist@blueocean.sent.com", "friend@blueocean.sent.com", "lists@blueocean.sent.com", "greg@faintecho.sent.com" ] text:
test of vacation message @ 5.30 pm
.
;
}

require ["fileinto", "reject", "vacation", "regex"];
vacation :days 3 :addresses ["technologist@blueocean.sent.com", "friend@blueocean.sent.com" ] text:
test of vacation message @ 5.30 pm
.

Only 1 autoreply is sent each 3 days to each sender. So in testing, you'll need to use a different sender address each time.

what if I switch days to 0

What if I switch days to 0 ? What will happen then?
Or remove it entirely?

If you remove it I think it defaults to 7. I don't know if '0' works--you could try it.
