I pay for my service but there an ad in right bottom of my screen bout four inches square how do i get rid of it ? Other than getting rid of my acct ? Thanks for any help

Which Fastmail membership level do you have? Go to Settings>Billing & Plan and you can see your current level. There has been no advertising from Fastmail on any of their accounts since July 31, 2017.

My guess is that some other program is placing that advertisement on the screen. Are you using a PC, Mac, or mobile device?

"Four inches square" is not useful info. If you have a tiny screen it could cover nearly all the content. If you have a huge one (eg on the side of a building) it could be not much more than one pixel.

Does the ad look as if it's part of the FM screen design (eg surrounded by a box that is part of the rest of the border around stuff), or is it superimposed over content?

Do you have anti-malware software? When did you last scan the whole machine?

As ever, a screenshot would possibly help.

Thanks Jeremy and n5bbn What ever it was it went away and i am sure FM had nothing to do with it I really appreciate the responses.
