Gmail limit for spam reporting is 1,000

Apparently Gmail, at least the pro version, limits you to marking 1,000 addresses as spam. https://arstechnica.com/information-...ail-can-block/

It seems a reasonable limit. People are reaching this limit because they are using this feature the wrong way (blocking random sender addresses that will never be used again).

I'd give Yahoo! Mail the King of spam title.

Probably because they have to compare each of these addresses against the From header of every incoming email from now to eternity, and if they let people mark every forged sender address many times each day for years it would require a lot of computation resources.
