When you apply the new product to the sub-account the upgrade is immediate. However, if you are not seeing the new product I suggest you contact Support so we can look in to this.

It's all set now, thank you.
It really should not be so convoluted, though. (Now, for extra points. ) Is there a way to migrate another IMAP account from the account portal? I know about IMAPSync, but would prefer not to have my local bandwidth used for the migration. Thank you. -- Jacinto |

Hello. You can use the IMAP Import features in each account to move mail from a non-Runbox account to a Runbox account. The other account does need to support IMAP though of course.
If you want to migrate from Runbox to Runbox there is a slightly different way to do that and we might need to help you with that. |

Thank you, dbowdley!
It's already done. I ended-up using IMAPSync, but not on my computer. Instead, I ran it on a remote FreeBSD micro VPS instance. It worked like a charm. Hopefully, I won't need to migrate mail again in the foreseeable future. I really appreciate your taking your valuable time to assist me. -- Jacinto |
