Existing pop retrieve still in progress error

Hello,

One of my pop links stopped working with the error:

Code:

Error occured. Existing pop retrieve on link '...' still in progress

Any ideas on what to do?

I tried to disable the link for a while and submitted a ticket. No results.

Update

The support answered: "the link got stuck somehow.. I've now restarted it.." that fixed the problem.
