Exceedind Limits ?
I just forwarded an email that I received to about a dozen of my address book addresses. Guess what, Runbox refused to send any of them. Error message said something about exceeding my limit. This is strange for a pay service. Never had this problem with FM or Google and Google is free.

sheprd,
Is this a trial account? We have strict limits on trial accounts (to prevent abuse) that are lifted upon subscribing. What is your Runbox username, please? - Geir |

I have the Micro Account and don't really want to list my username on this public forum.

Hi sheprd,
You will need to open a support ticket so that someone can look in to this. We can't do much without knowing your username, but appreciate why you don't want to post it in public. David |

I have opened a support ticket. I think I've found answer in the Knowledge base. My error message said something about a 100mb limit on attachments and my email evidently exceeded that.

It was just a normal email with attachment, not a large attachment which I forwarded to my address contacts. About a dozen.

You were simply over the trial sending quota, as I explained via the support ticket. You can only email 20 recipients per day on trial, so if you had emailed more than 8 recipients already that day, one to 12 recipients would not go through.

Liz with all due respect, How do I get through to Support that I DON'T HAVE A TRIAL ACCOUNT. I have a PAY ACCOUNT and am hosting a Domain with Runbox. I Paid $19.95 for the account.
I wish to correct my earlier remarks and offer an apology to Runbox and Liz. I do have a trial account. I checked my credit card records and lo and behold, the payment didn't go through. Reason I was sure it did was because I hosted a domain mail with Runbox. Don't at this time know why the transaction failed. Again thanks Liz for your patience. Sorry I made such a boo boo.
