Wondering if "myfastmail.com" domain is down...
Hi,
Just checking to see if there is some problem with the "myfastmail.com" domain. I could not login in to the site with the URL - http://www.myfastmail.com. Even messages sent to my "myfastmail.com" id are bouncing back. Any idea when this problem, if any, will be resolved? Regards, Webexpert. |

Well, I can access www.myfastmail.com No problem here. It may have been a temporary glitch - it happens. Email should not be bounced, tho.

There's no problems with our DNS. However, I notice that you are in India; over the last 6 months we've seen frequent problem with DNS resolution in many of the large Indian providers, particularly Indiatimes...
If you forward us (to webmasterATfastmailDOTfm) a bounced message we'll be able to see in more detail what happened, and hopefully contact the right people to get them to fix their DNS resolvers. |

Some problem with our proxy servers...
Hi,
After learning that there was no problem with the site, I tried to send an email to my "fastmail" account from my ISP's web site (in India) as well as my Yahoo account. I received the messages successfully Earlier, I was using the proxy, which co-incidently is located in the US, at my workplace to access the site. Further investigations revealed that there might be some problem at the US end of our proxy servers. I have contacted our system admins to figure the problem. Thanks for the quick response. Regards, Webexpert. |
