This should be all you need.

Incoming: secure.runbox.com SSL 993

outgoing: secure.runbox.com SSL 465

The correct server setting are:

Incoming Server (IMAP)
Server: mail.runbox.com
Port: 993
Encryption: On - TLS/SSL

Incoming Server (POP)
Server: mail.runbox.com
Port: 995
Encryption: On - TLS/SSL

Outgoing Server (SMTP)
Server: mail.runbox.com
Port: 465
Encryption: On - TLS/SSL
(port 587 can also be used with STARTTLS)

secure.runbox.com is no longer recommended because for Incoming IMAP and POP this points to our old services, and we will be gradually retiring these over the next few months. We are contacting customers over an extended period of time so they can make the change as there is a need to update the IMAP Path Prefix to remove the INBOX setting. With POP, a change of server will most likely initiate a download of messages currently in the Inbox.

dbowdley - Thank you for the updated settings. Everyone does things differently, but why not just update DNS when you are ready to cut over and then there is nothing for customers to change?

Not to worry, smithmb001. Most of us still use your settings

We can't do that for IMAP as secure.runbox.com is running our legacy Courier IMAP service while mail.runbox.com is our new and much more modern Dovecot IMAP service.

Because these services work a bit differently, we recommend that you follow these instructions to switch over:
