POP Not Working

I cannot receive any Email via POP. I can see that same Email using IMAP though and the web seems fine.
Anybody got any ideas?
This is the message from Outlook. No changes to my settings.

Task 'FastmailPopEmail - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Brian: I think it must be something to do with your setup (or your ISP) as POP is working fine for me.

I am using mail.messagingengine.com on Port 110

You likely already know that you need to have an annual paid account in order to qualify for POP access.

change it to port 26, your isp may be blocking port 25

Terry: Port 25 and 26 are SMTP Ports -- not POP Ports.

Also you can use pop.proxy.fastmail.fm with any port (this was the solution with my latest job, where only ports 80 and 443 were opened).

Terry: According to Javier, you can use any port for POP, providing you use pop.proxy.fastmail.fm as the server. So, your post might not be too far off the mark
