Msgsafe.io will be out of service
Important Announcement to our Customers: Upcoming Changes and Transition
Dear Valued MsgSafe Community, MsgSafe is completing negotiations with a third-party for a likely acquisition, a transition that holds great promise for the future of our community. In our commitment to transparency and keeping you informed, we want to provide insight into the developments that may impact your experience with us. As we navigate through these negotiations, there will be significant changes to our current services and we want to share a crucial update concerning cessation of your active account(s). This acquisition will result in complete reimplementation of our services from the ground up There will be no automatic migration of existing accounts, emails, email addresses or any other user data MsgSafe users will need to save any important emails, contacts and information from their current account prior to February 29, 2024, when the existing platform will cease to operate As of today, it is no longer possible to sign up for a new MsgSafe.io account, and on February 29, 2024, users will no longer be able to login and access their mail through the MsgSafe.io web app. After February 29, 2024, all mail and account related data will be responsibly destroyed and rendered unavailable from MsgSafe.io's servers using industry best practices. We will begin cancelling automatic renewal of monthly subscriptions and refund any annual subscriptions on a pro-rata basis to the account's payment method on file. We understand that changes like these can be challenging, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience. We look forward to re-opening our new services in the future, and believe this bold step will result in an unparalleled product that aligns with the latest industry standards and provides more value to our community. If you have immediate questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated support team at support [at] msgsafe.support or open a ticket. Thank you for your trust and continued partnership as we embark on this exciting journey toward a reimagined future. Best regards, MsgSafe.io |

With so many competitors now, it's more likely any of the smaller email providers (rising or not) goes out of business or being acquired by some other companies. The end result will be poor users migrating elsewhere.
I'm now convinced the importance of using custom domain for my emails. |

separated email service is out of biz today.
tuffmail, skiff, pobox, are closing (or already closed). maybe after some years only those big providers have email services only. |
