Help Needed Renewing products at Namecheap
Hello,
I was wondering IF someone could help me out: I am currently using the latest version of Firefox-56.0.01-64-bit on a Windows 7 PC with my pop-up blocker disabled for namecheap.com _______________ I several products up for renewal at namecheap in the near future. As of Thursday, October 19th, I am having trouble inputting my credit card information in their check out form. After putting in my credit card number, the form won't allow me to put in any other additional information such as expiration date, etc Has anybody experienced this issue at Namecheap before? Upon contacting Namecheap's billing department and technical support- they claim the problem is on my end They also claim they used a computer with a recent version of Firefox installed and can't reproduce the problem stated above. I don't have any other problem with other websites that I make purchases from. I just can't figure out what the problem could be since I am using the latest version of Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David |
