Question Yahoo SPAM = Hotmail SPAM

Call me sensitive or call me crazy but ever since they
came out with 'NEW and IMPROVED' version of email
layout it seem like I'm getting JUNK/SPAM mails in
my Yahoo account as much as my HOTMAIL account.

Consider I set my HOTMAIL spam filter to 'safe list' or
only to emails in my addressbook I'm actually getting
more spam on yahoo mail.....

Am I mistaking or do other users experiencing same
problem..?

Do you have the Yahoo spamfilter turned on? I had about 16 messages in Bulk yesterday, but I just don't go in and check them coz I know they're spam. Only one slipped through. I never use hotmail because the spam is so uncontrollable there.

True... yahoo is also being spammed heavily.... but their "bulk mail" filters are quite good as 90% of the spam are not delivered to your inbox.

They have changed their privacy policy. On the marketing preferences site, there's a note to users stating that 'changes will not occur before June 15th'. http://www.emaildiscussions.com/...&threadid=3164

I do not use Hotmail, and I use Yahoo only for Calendar and Contacts (+synchronizing).
I have not had any messages in my Bulk folder since ages!!
