When is the Upgrade?
Does anyone know when exactly the upgrades will occur this month?

No, we don't have an exact date. It won't be long now. We are just finishing some testing of a new version of the IMAP server - the previous version did not correctly handle quotas larger than 2GB (which people who bought extra storage will have).

Seaweed, Fastmail already offers an SMTP server... :-/ This upgrade is the upgrade of the amount of storage space each account will have and the bandwidth available to them.

Odd. I can't access it either...
Random Theory: The webserver farm has been rolled out... perhaps it's available on some of the servers, but not on others? --K |

Wouldn't that mean that retrying should solve the problem?
Can you try https (works for me)? |

Secure or not, still 404. You're right about retrying (I tried it a bunch of times to make sure, no good).

Maybe it’s worth my adding that it wasn’t working for me, despite repeated Reloads, but then suddenly started working.  This was by HTTP; I then tried HTTPS, which worked, but I don’t know if it was working before.
