How do I sign up Yahoo JP?

Am I able to sign up Yahoo JP mail without a japan mobile phone?
Because it seems that some members in this forum aren't from japan but got this mail service (?

Same as with Walla: if you need a local phone number to sign up with, I'd recommend you to send a PM to a Japan-based member of this forum, or to ask help on Reddit. Reddit has very active communities (subreddits) per country, if you go on Reddit and search for "Japan" you will for sure find multiple very active subreddits about the country. There you will find many people who can help you. They may ask you why you insist on a .jp domain instead of a regular Yahoo, but I'm sure if you explain honestly why you want it, they'll be happy to help. It only takes one helpful person's number

Good luck!
