Tuffmail Billing
I discovered today that Tuffmail have abandoned automatic billing for people who like to pay month due to a high number of abandoned accounts. However as usual John Capo is immensely helpful. After I contacted him he has reinstated automatic monthly billing for me. As I have added lots of extras to account it is far more convenient to pay monthly.

I agree about Tuffmail. John Capo's service is second to none. I've used many services and have concentrated on Fastmail and Tuffmail, both of which I intend to keep for a long time
