Pricing plans - I feel there should be one more.

I have been with fastmail for over 8 years now. I am still paying for the legacy plan that doesn't allow custom domain. I wish there was a plan between the standard and the base with less storage but allows for a custom domain.

If you currently have a full (legacy) plan see if you can upgrade to a enhanced (legacy) plan. I don't know if they allow that, they might only let you upgrade to a non-legacy plan.

I tried to request them to let me upgrade beucase otherwise I'll have to switch something more affordable in the long run like runbox. They just refused. I really wanted to stay with Fastmail.

They did offer me 20% off for one year but I dont think there is a gurantee that it'll continue after this year.

Maybe brong can help me here?

I don't think so. You've already said they refused. FastMail has grown too big to make exceptions for individuals. It's nice gesture they offer you a 20% off.

Its $34.95 for the plan with domains. Fastmail is $50. Runbox is also 2 years for 1 when you sign up.
