If i want to answer someone post, by just click reply on that particular post.

Other than this, I have made 2 or 3 post till now, still it shows 1 post in my account.

I can't find it in the FAQs, but posts in The Off-Topic Lounge do not show in your post count.
Otherwise members could bump up their ranking by making posts unrelated to email or this site.

Over at the right-side of the post of interest, click "quote". This gives you a page for a message composition field and the expected tools. The whole post of interest is also shown inside quote tags. You can edit what's in there if you want to. You can then write YOUR message either below the quote, above the quote, or in both places.

When ready, click the "Submit Reply" button below.

That should seem a comfortable and efficient way to reply to any specific posting.

You made that post, which I quoted. You meaning "New Topic" or like that, ? I seem to have no trouble and I was new, about two months ago or less.

Let us see what it should look like.
Miscellaneous section, About this site (forum),
See a couple of duplicate buttons at the left side, seeming to be identical, "New Thread".

Let us click on one of them. Let's say, the upper "New Thread" button.
... Seems to work.
