Cannot connect to Chat Service

I'm using Pidgin 2.10.7 (the latest) and cannot get connected to the Fastmail.FM chat server. I keep getting a certificate chain error. I followed the instructions on the Wiki to export the Digicert certificate from the Windows cert store and put int the Pidgin ca-certs folder. Same error, I've even rebooted the machine.

Thoughts?
