What happened to Liz?

Liz's style of customer service was the reason why I renewed my subscription for three years after it had expired.

She was a pleasure to correspond with.

However, the last time I wrote her a question Geir answered.

Is Liz still with Runbox?

I think Liz is still there, just not in customer service. At least I hope she is still there...

Yes, Liz is still with Runbox and still doing customer support (amongst many other things).

The team has grown a little in recent years and it is Kim, Geir and myself who mainly post on the forum. I'll ask her to say hello in the forum for you

I couldn't code my way out of a paper bag I'm afraid. I still do support, billing, abuse and other things. Geir does very few support tickets, so you got lucky there.

I have to laugh! A very good friend of mine, a Scot with a very quick and sharp Scottish tongue, works a highly technical support line--and he makes no bones about his ability and willingness to provide abuse.

He's hilarious, and no doubt you could learn a lot about customer abuse from him, Liz.
