Question Safe Addresses Going to Junk Folder

Over the past few weeks, I've observed multiple instances of mail being directed to the spam folder even though the senders' exact addresses are already in my address book. The content, I acknowledge, may seem suspicious - most are from commercial senders including banking and credit card reminders - but the spam filtering rules state that any address already in the address book is considered "safe"/

Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to prevent it continuing??

Thanks

Please check the following and report the results here:
  • Go to the Advanced>Spam/Virus Protection screen.
    • What is you Spam Protection setting?
    • If it's set to Custom, what are your Advanced Spam Protection Settings?
  • Return to the Mail screen and read one of the ham (good messages) which was improperly filed in the Spam folder.
    • Use More>Show Raw Message to view the full contents of the message.
    • Copy/paste the full contents of the following headers into a post in this thread. These will be near the top, in most cases starting at about header line 5. You can use the # (Code) tool here at EMD for the post formatting:
      Code:
      X-Spam:
      X-Spam-known-sender:
      X-Spam-score:
      X-Spam-hits:
    • You will normally not see both the X-Spam and X-Spam-known-sender headers on a particular message.
