Access denied.

After upgrading my PC to Windows 10 I cannot open Microsoft Outlook.
Error message: Access denied.
What's the problem?*How can i remove the error or what should I do?

If you can get into control panel -> add remove programs and see if you can click modify and hopefully it’ll let you choose a repair install option from there.
